This tutorial contains real-time M-mode images obtained form the four-chamber view. It describes the proper technique for acquiring the M-mode recording from the four-chamber view and provides detailed analysis of M-mode anatomy and measurements obtained from the M-mode recording. The tutorial includes examples of graphical display of pathology as well as individual graphs for measurements which can be printed for clinical use.
