This is the main page of the calculaor. The user has the option of selecting three calculators from data published by DeVore, Nyberg, and Benacerraf. In addition, when data becomes available from the FASTER trial, a calculator has been prepared in which data can be entered and a calculator created. If the user desires to use other data, then a CUSTOM calculator can be created.
